Principal, Allegion Ventures

Phil blends an extensive career in the security and access industry with a futurist mindset, which helps shape strategic thinking, planning and execution to drive growth. At Allegion, Phil leads strategy and business development for Allegion International, working with the business leaders to develop long-range strategic plans and supporting the execution of those plans primarily through M&A activity. He is Principal of Allegion Ventures and has led investments, acquisitions, integrations and divestments across a diverse range of industries, technologies, markets and business maturity, as well as represented Allegion on several boards, including Nuki and Zero UK.
