2 Allegion leaders named to the SIA Women in Security Forum Power 100

Allegion is proud to share that two team members have been named to the Security Industry Association’s (SIA) Women in Security Forum (WISF) Power 100.

Allegion’s Beth Anderson and Erika Flores have been named Security Industry Association (SIA) Women in Security Forum (WISF) Power 100 honorees.

SIA's WISF supports the participation and retention of women in the security industry and provides opportunities that foster growth and advancement.

Now in its fifth year, the WISF Power 100 program honors 100 exceptional women in security who are raising the bar, changing expectations and breaking barriers. Allegion women have been named honorees every year since the program’s inception; this year, Beth and Erika were selected from a pool of over 350 nominees. Explore the complete list of the 2026 SIA WISF Power 100 honorees.

These honorees will be recognized in front of their peers on March 27 at the International Security Conference (ISC) West, one of the world’s largest security industry events.

Beth Anderson

Beth Anderson

Beth Anderson, director of digital marketing at Allegion, is driven by lifting others up.

This is her third appearance on the Power 100 list, demonstrating her ongoing dedication and innovation. Since first being honored in 2022 — the inaugural Power 100 class — Beth has transitioned from a role as individual contributor to a people leader, focusing now on improving efficiency, breaking down silos and enabling cross-collaboration to deliver a cohesive message across Allegion’s marketing efforts. She excels at bringing people together and fostering connections and career growth for her team and industry peers.

“My favorite thing is being able to introduce somebody for some purpose and letting them run with it,” she said. “Those are some of my proudest moments — seeing others flourish and knowing that I had a very tiny part of that.”

Beth’s passion for elevating others is apparent through her longtime involvement with the SIA. Since joining the WISF steering committee in 2022, she has evaluated scholarships, helped plan the Security LeadHer event and now co-chairs the NavigateHER sub-committee. These roles allow her to spotlight career possibilities in the security industry and encourage more women to enter and advance in the field.

“This enables us to share more stories introducing and demystifying what a role in the security industry looks like,” Beth shared.

Inspired daily by colleagues and mentees, Beth deliberately uses her platform to advance others.

“This award has given me credibility within the industry,” she said. “You can use your power for good, and I love when I am able to open up an opportunity for someone else. That is the true honor of this award.”

Erika Flores

Erika Flores, senior environmental, health and safety (EHS) specialist at Allegion, finds purpose in keeping people safe.

Starting at Allegion straight out of high school as a receptionist at the Carmel, Indiana, offices, Erika first became interested in EHS in 2020 during the COVID‑19 response. At the time, it was an “all‑hands effort” for employee health and safety. With growing responsibilities on the EHS side, what began as a temporary role quickly grew into a career with Allegion.

Her curiosity and dedication stood out, and mentors encouraged her to pursue formal training and greater responsibility. With that support, Erika earned an associate degree in business administration and management and became a first‑generation college graduate.

“I think back to when I started at Allegion compared to where I am today and the path that I have been able to create as an example to my daughters makes me proud,” she said.

In her current role, Erika often works behind the scenes: building processes, designing training programs and implementing practical solutions that help employees live Allegion’s core value, “Be safe, be healthy.” She is also deepening her expertise academically, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and occupational health.

Erika Flores

Erika’s leadership extends beyond EHS. As lead chair for Juntos, Allegion’s employee resource group celebrating Hispanic and Latinx culture, she helps foster inclusion and connection across the company. She hopes to keep inspiring others and encourages colleagues to be bold and embrace discomfort when pushing industry standards.

“Part of breaking barriers is being uncomfortable,” Erika says. “It is scary standing up in a room full of people who may not buy into your ideas, but that is part of being a pioneer.”
