Allegion wins 2nd Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award

In 2025, Allegion was honored with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the second consecutive year. This highly competitive honor recognizes the world’s most engaged workplace cultures that achieve more by helping their employees focus on what they do best. Allegion was recognized in the areas of Engagement and Strengths. In 2024, we were among the first manufacturing companies to ever receive the award.

Allegion’s Maigen Rowe named top employee experience leader by HR Tech Outlook

Allegion’s Maigen Rowe, director of employee experience, was named one of the top 10 employee experience leaders by HR Tech Outlook, a human resources (HR) and technology industry publication. The award recognizes individuals who are redefining the employee journey through HR analytics, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven talent management, workforce automation, employee wellness platforms and remote work solutions.

Gatewise named Top Employer by National Apartment Association

Gatewise, our multifamily access control brand in the U.S., was named the 2025 Top Employer in the Supplier category by The Business Intelligence Group and the U.S. National Apartment Association (NAA). The award highlights Gatewise’s strong culture, decisive leadership and ongoing impact — and reinforces why it is a good cultural fit for Allegion following its 2025 acquisition.

Allegion’s Ana Sofia Esquivel recognized as Locksmith Ledger Rising Star

Allegion’s Ana Sofia Esquivel, an industrial designer, was named one of Locksmith Ledger’s Rising Stars of the Lock Industry in 2025. She has made significant contributions to creating a safer and more accessible future with her work on the cylindrical Schlage Indication Solution, and she’s an advocate for universally accessible design.

Allegion India’s Kiruba Shankar recognized at GAI Education Awards

Allegion India’s Kiruba Shankar earns bronze medal at GAI Education Awards

Allegion UK sponsored the 45th annual Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) Education Awards in London, England, a prestigious event held to celebrate industry achievements. Allegion India’s Kiruba Shankar, who earned his GAI diploma in Scheduling (DipGAI), was among the top three learners in the program, earning the bronze medal.

STANLEY Access Technologies’ Todd Strickler wins first-ever AAADM Service Award

Allegion’s Todd Strickler, training and engineer support manager for our STANLEY Access Technologies business, was recognized by the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) for his contributions to revolutionizing AAADM’s inspector certification training program, which is used throughout the industry across North America. Todd was the first to ever receive this award.

® named America’s Most Trusted Lock Brand and wins several product awards

Schlage® was named America’s Most Trusted Lock Brand for the sixth consecutive year in the America’s Most Trusted Door Locks & Hardware Study conducted by Lifestory Research.

In addition to this recognition, Schlage won several product awards: the Schlage L Series Motorized Latch Retraction won two Campus Security Today awards in the Locks & Door Hardware and Access Control, Keyless Entry categories; and the Schlage Indication Trim won the BUILDING’s Product Innovation Award in the Access Control and Security category.

Schlage and Von Duprin products named in Locksmith Ledger’s ‘Best of 2025’

Locksmith Ledger, an industry publication for locksmiths and security professionals, released its “Best of 2025: Mechanical” list of recommended products, including the Schlage Performance Series and the Von Duprin 98/99 Series exit devices, which now offers the Outdoor Defense (OUT) option to withstand rugged environments.

Allegion Australia earns 2 Supplier of the Year awards

Allegion Australia was given the 2025 Bowens Supplier Award in Fixing Hardware for the third consecutive year, as well as the Natbuild Supplier of the Year in Trade Hardware for the second year in a row.

Allegion named Brivo Technology Partner of the Year

Allegion was named Brivo Technology Partner of the Year at the Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks Annual Partner Awards event.

SimonsVoss named Dexis Supplier of the Year

SimonsVoss was named Supplier of the Year at the Dexis Belgium Suppliers Event 2025.

UAP wins 5 awards

UAP wins 5 awards

UAP Limited won best fire safety solution at the 2025 London Construction Awards for FDM, a training center that’s being established. The Allegion business also won two Locksmith Awards: Hardware Company of the Year and Director of the Year, awarded to UAP’s Kamila Kasperowicz, marketing director. Additionally, UAP received two National Fenestration Awards for Best Use of Video in UAP’s culture video and New Product of the Year for the Kinetica Freezeguard.

Allegion India awarded Handa Golden Key Award

Allegion India earned the prestigious Handa Golden Key Award for Best Organization in Managing Value Methodology at the SAVE Value Summit 2025, a global event organized by the Indian Value Engineering Society (INVEST) and the U.S.-based SAVE International.

In addition, the KSRM Sastry Award for Best Project was awarded to Allegion employees Ramkumar Arumugam, engineering manager, and Akhil Simon, associate senior mechanical engineer, for their successful value methodology implementation.

Unicel Architectural, AD Systems and Technical Glass Products recognized at Architizer A+ Awards

Unicel Architectural was named to Architizer’s prestigious A+ Product List: 49 Brands Architects and Designers Should Know in 2025. In addition, its Energy Efficient Timber Curtain Wall was named the winner of the Architizer A+ Product Awards in the Glass & Glazing category.

AD Systems XtendSlide™ Telescoping Sliding Door System was a finalist in the Doors & Hardware category, and TGP TGProtect™ FR System earned a special mention in the Architizer A+ Product Awards.

TRELOCK X Cannondale Integrated RackLock wins 2025 Eurobike Award

Allegion’s TRELOCK X Cannondale Integrated RackLock was named a winner of a Eurobike Award in the Accessories category. Eurobike, the world’s leading international trade fair for bicycles, recognized the product for its nearly invisible, space-saving integration of the lock into the rack — maintaining the bike’s sleek silhouette without interference. Waitwhile ranked #1 for ease of use by G2

Waitwhile was recognized as the #1 easiest-to-use platform in both Queue Management and Online Appointment Scheduling categories in G2’s Spring 2025 reports. G2 is a leading peer-to-peer review platform where businesses and users evaluate and rate software and services. Waitwhile stood out among more than 50 queue management tools and 350 appointment scheduling products.

AXA Home earns VM Packaging Award

AXA Home Security has been on a journey to develop more responsible packaging, eliminating plastic and using only 100% biodegradable cardboard and solvent-free, 100% recyclable ink and glue. They won a 2025 VM Packaging Award in the Sustainable Design category for the updated packaging.
