Allegion UK publishes new Fire Door Hardware Logbook.

Fire Door Hardware Logbook: In support of greater fire safety standards, Allegion UK has announced the launch of its new Fire Door Hardware Logbook, a practical guide designed to assist with hardware installation and maintenance.

Minimalist Hardware, Maximum Impact: Allegion UK published an article featuring David Knollman, business development manager for Brio, who explores how sliding door hardware can make a lasting impression on contemporary projects. This insightful piece was also featured in the Door Industry Journal and ABC+D magazine.

Archetech Issue 80: Allegion UK is featured in the article “Cam Action Closers: The Ideal Choice for High-Traffic, Inclusive Environments,” which highlights the importance of selecting the right door closers to create safer spaces for all building users. It includes insights from Lee Piper, sales and marketing director for Boss Door Controls brand.

Campus Safety Magazine: In the article “Access Control Readers Under the Microscope: 8 Security Must-Haves,” Mike Gaines, product manager, Allegion Americas, outlines the evolution of access control into multi-layered defenses designed to counter both physical breaches and cyber threats. He highlights eight essential criteria for security professionals to consider when choosing an access control provider.

Construction Specifier: The article “Door Specifications: Achieving Code-Compliant Design Flexibility” by Tysen Gannon, director of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) sales integration in Allegion Americas, discusses the importance of flexible design in healthcare facilities. Timber + Glass: Rethinking the Modern Façade (July 17, 2025): Allegion’s Unicel Architectural presented at this virtual event hosted by North America’s Society of Façade Engineering, which featured a live discussion on thermal stress in glazed systems and innovations in timber-supported designs. Unicel’s Sergiy Kholodov, technical representative, shared insights into these advancements.

IMRON Security & Safety Summit (July 22, 2025): ELATEC, one of Allegion’s recently acquired brands with a footprint in both the U.S. and Europe, proudly sponsored this security and safety summit in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Jason Ouellette, vice president of innovation and tech partnerships for ELATEC, shared expert insights during the panel on technology innovation and interoperability.

ALOA Convention & Security Expo (Aug. 3-9, 2025): Allegion Americas participated in this premier security expo held in Orlando, Florida, organized by the ALOA Security Professionals Association, Inc., a leading U.S.-based member organization for locksmiths and physical security professionals. We showcased our latest advancements in security technology, including our Zentra and Overtur solutions. During the event, Allegion hosted an informative seminar, “Managing Your Key System Just Got Simpler,” where attendees learned how Overtur™ Key System Management is transforming the way complex key systems are managed.

SIA AcceleRISE (Aug. 4-6, 2025): A group of young professionals from Allegion Americas gathered in Boston, Massachusetts, for the SIA conference focused on connecting and empowering the next generation of security leaders. KeShia Thomas, brand and solutions manager in Allegion Americas and a former SIA 25 On The Rise winner, was among the speakers sharing industry experiences. Meanwhile, Dave Ilardi, senior vice president and president of Allegion Americas, took part in a lively debate at the event: “Who Owns the End-User Relationship: Integrators vs. Manufacturers?” Representing manufacturers, he secured the win.

SIA Vertical Insights: K-12 School Security Symposium (Aug. 19, 2025): Allegion Americas sponsored this virtual event in SIA’s Vertical Insights series that focused on security challenges in K-12 schools. Paul Timm, U.S. director of education safety and Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS) advisory council member, shared key insights on how schools can leverage updated PASS guidelines to implement effective solutions.

Multifamily Demo Day (Aug. 20-21, 2025): Gatewise, represented by account executive Jeffrey Lyons, delivered an enhanced demonstration during this virtual event showcasing the latest proptech innovations transforming multifamily real estate. Alongside Gatewise (the newest addition to our multifamily portfolio), other featured brands presented demos highlighting solutions to streamline operations and enhance multifamily resident experiences.

America Training Solutions (ATS) Healthcare Building Solutions Seminar (Aug. 26, 2025): Unicel Architectural participated in this virtual event hosted by ATS, a company specializing in continuing-education events for architects, designers, specifiers and LEED professionals. Unicel’s U.S. national sales manager, Jason Forster, and Upper Midwest regional sales manager, Jason Schaum led the session “Mental & Behavioral Facilities: Using Integrated Louvers to Support Daylighting, Privacy and Vision Control,” exploring how our solutions enhance safety, functionality and patient well-being in mental and behavioral health environments.

SIA Vertical Insights: Data Center Security Symposium (Aug. 26, 2025): Allegion Americas sponsored this virtual event in SIA’s Vertical Insights series that focused on the innovative solutions and best practices to safeguard data centers. Allegion Americas’ data center business leader, Eric West, shared his perspective on layered security and specialty applications.

Danish Security Fair (Aug. 27-28, 2025): SimonsVoss exhibited at this security industry tradeshow in Copenhagen, Denmark, showcasing solutions including the new SmartHandle AX Advanced and providing a sneak peek at an upcoming solution yet to be announced.

Security Exhibition + Conference (Aug. 27-29, 2025): FSH by Schlage joined Wesco Anixter at this security exhibition and conference in Sydney, Australia, presenting our latest access control innovations and cutting-edge solutions designed to streamline security projects.

ESS+ International Security Fair (Aug. 27-29, 2025): ELATEC participated in Latin America’s premier security tradeshow held in Bogotá, Colombia. The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and integrators from across the region.

AusFenEx (Sept. 2-4, 2025): Allegion Australia exhibited at this fenestration industry conference in Queensland, Australia, organized by the Australian Glass & Window Association. At the event, we showcased the new Forge series from Austral Lock, a Gainsborough brand by Allegion.

CEDIA Expo/Commercial Integrator Expo (CIX) (Sept. 3-6, 2025): Schlage exhibited at this premier event in Denver, Colorado — where residential and commercial integration meet — showcasing the latest innovations in our residential smart lock lineup and our growing offering of industry-leading integrations.

Zukunft Personal Europe (Sept. 9-11, 2025): plano exhibited in Cologne, Germany, at Europe’s leading expo event for the world of work, where we connected with workforce management professionals and showcased advanced software solutions for smart duty scheduling.

Motorola Solutions Tech Showcase (Sept.11, 2025): Allegion Americas sponsored this hands-on event, designed for public safety professionals, school leaders, healthcare providers, government agencies and enterprise security teams, held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana — home of the Indianapolis Colts National Football League’s (NFL) team. The showcase featured our latest wireless locks, readers and credentials.

Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society (CHES) National Conference (Sept. 14-16, 2025): Allegion Americas exhibited in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, at this annual gathering of professionals involved in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of healthcare facilities. Our team showcased our healthcare security solutions and engaged in conversations that are shaping the future of healthcare facilities across Canada.

Smart Spaces (Sept. 24 – 25, 2025): Zentra participated in this event focused on apartments, hospitality and community living, hosted by Parks Associates in Dallas, Texas. Restaurant Point East (Sept. 29 – Oct.1, 2025): Stanley Access Technologies exhibited at this premier event in Washington, D.C., where chain executives connected with the best-in-class suppliers to help evaluate, enhance and transform the restaurant experience.
