Allegion believes that college students are the lifeblood of the company. We provide our interns with stimulating assignments and valuable exposure to our company’s senior leaders. As an intern at Allegion, be prepared to contribute to meaningful projects that visibly better the company.
Our interns are empowered to build a diverse skill set and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career. Our program occurs from mid-May until mid-August every year. Upon completion of a successful internship, we encourage our interns to consider our early career programs when they graduate.
Some of our internship programs are located in: Carmel, Ind., Blue Ash, Oh., Canton, Ma., Indianapolis, Ind., Golden, Co. and Princeton, Ill.
During the program participants will engage in:
Leadership speaker series
Professional development sessions
Company sponsored social events
Work on the projects that support local charities
Requirements of the internship program include:
Overall 3.0 GPA or above
Working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree (juniors & seniors preferred)
Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative preferred (school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor or exceptional leadership on class projects)
