The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is designed to prepare new graduates to become tomorrow’s finance leaders at Allegion.
As a FLP participant, you will complete a three year rotational program that begins in June. In the first two years, participants will complete rotations with the audit team and at one of our manufacturing plants in cost accounting.
Final rotations will be available in various departments (FP&A, business financial analysis, tax, treasury, M&A, corporate accounting, etc.), and will be assigned based on business needs & your career aspirations. At the completion of the program, participants will move into a full-time role within the Finance Department.

Requirements of the program include:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a MBA
Graduation must occur prior to the program’s start in June OR
Qualifying education must have been obtained within the past 3 years
Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative preferred (examples include school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor or exceptional leadership on class projects)
Relevant internship experience required
Geographic mobility (rotational program locations vary by business needs)
Throughout the program, participants will engage in activities and events that help uncover their potential for leadership and strengthen key skills. Interaction with Allegion’s senior leaders and our other early career programs help round out the three year experience.
