Tom Martineau is vice president, investor relations, and treasurer for Allegion.  

In this role, Tom is responsible for the company’s investor relations and treasury organizations.  He leads Allegion’s communication with the investment community, developing and coordinating financial messaging for investors and analysts. Tom also oversees cash and liquidity management, capital market and bank financings, interest rate and foreign exchange management, as well as risk management.

Tom has more than 25 years of experience in finance, marketing, pricing, strategic planning and engineering, and most recently held the position of vice president of finance for Allegion’s EMEIA region. Prior to this, Tom served as director of investor relations at Allegion and as the director of financial planning and analysis for Ingersoll Rand’s Residential Solutions business.  He has additionally held financial and business development positions of increasing responsibility at AlliedSignal Inc. and Honeywell International Inc.

Tom graduated from Arizona State University with a bach​elor’s degree in aerospace engineering. Tom also has a master’s of international management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona.
