The EU “Disclosure of non-financial and diversity information by certain large undertakings and groups” Regulations, 2017 has been transposed into Irish legislation. This legislation requires the Group to identify and report on our business model and the non-financial matters material to our business performance, including environmental matters, social and employee matters, respect for human rights and bribery and corruption. The directors view that the non-financial matters discussed below represent our material matters at a Group level.
